G7 and S7 are cut from latest-generation aliphatic TPU, compressed into a dense, tough 7.5 mil layer that absorbs stone impacts ordinary film lets through; G7X carries the same 7.5 mil build in a next-generation PCU resin for those who want the top of the range. Across the lineup, thickness is consistent edge to edge for predictable stretch, the low-tack acrylic adhesive repositions cleanly during fitting and removes without residue, and every batch is UV-tested against yellowing before it ships. The result: faster installs, fewer redos, and a finish that holds for the whole warranty term.

Commercial film warranty: 15 years for G7X, 10 years for G7 and 6 years for S7. Installation is a separate service and is not covered by this warranty. After reviewing and accepting a claim, NexusCo supplies replacement film for the area with a covered defect. Removal and refitting are separate services, not included in this commercial warranty.

Film is only as good as the surface under it and the hands that lay it. Nothing is rushed, and nothing goes on over contamination.

Inspection and decontamination
We photograph the car, note existing chips and scratches, then wash, clay and degrease every panel that will be covered. Film seals in whatever is underneath, so this stage decides the result.

Precision-cut patterns
Patterns are plotted for your exact model rather than trimmed on the paint, so blades never touch your clearcoat. Where a pattern does not exist, we hand-fit and cut off the vehicle.

Fitting, heat-setting and wrapped edges
The film is laid wet, squeegeed out, then heat-set so it holds the curve. Edges are wrapped behind panels wherever the gap allows — that is what stops lifting a year later.

Curing and handover
The car rests while the adhesive cures, then we walk you around it, hand over the warranty card and the aftercare kit, and tell you exactly when you can wash it.
What Decides the Price
PRICING
We quote per car rather than from a list, because two cars of the same size can take very different amounts of work. Five things move the number:

How much coverage
A front kit is a fraction of a full body. This is the biggest single factor.

Vehicle size and shape
A city car takes less film and less time than an SUV. Deep curves, spoilers and complex bumpers add hours.

Which film
G7X, gloss G7 or satin S7. Satin takes longer to fit — about 10% more than gloss; G7X is quoted on request. Colored TPU is available to order, also on quote.

Paint condition
Fresh paint fits fastest. Swirls or existing damage may need correction first, which we quote separately.

Extras

Yes — the compressed film stretches evenly and the low-tack adhesive lets installers reposition during fitting, with clean removal and no glue residue.
If a customer's film yellows, cracks, peels or discolours within its warranty period, after a professional installation, we replace the film. Claims go through your shop directly to us on WhatsApp.
G7 is the volume seller: an invisible, high-gloss finish for most customers. S7 serves the growing stealth/matte market. On warranty, G7 is covered for 10 years against 6 for S7; for the longest cover, the G7X in PCU goes to 15 years.
A front kit is a single day. High-impact zones take one to two days. A full body is two to three days, because each panel has to cure before the car moves. We book you in rather than keep you waiting.
No — when the film is removed by a trained installer within its warranty life, it lifts cleanly and the factory paint underneath is intact. That is the whole point: the film takes the damage instead of the paint. Problems come from cheap PVC films or from pulling film off cold and fast.
Wait 7 days before washing so the adhesive fully cures. You may see small water pockets or haze under the film in the first days — that is installation moisture and it evaporates on its own.
Yes, and many owners do — it makes the surface easier to clean and adds gloss. The film is already hydrophobic and self-healing, so a coating is an upgrade rather than a necessity. Tell us when you book and we apply it before handover.
If your driving is mostly motorway, the front kit stops the damage that actually happens: stone chips on the bumper, bonnet and mirrors. Full body makes sense on a new or high-value car, when you want the resale protected, or when you want to convert a gloss car to satin with S7.
Not this one. NexusCo films — aliphatic TPU for G7 and S7, PCU for G7X — are UV-stabilised and tested against yellowing, which is what separates them from cheap PVC film — the difference shows on white and light-coloured cars after two summers.
Yes, but film seals in whatever is under it, so we tell you honestly what will still be visible. If you want the paint corrected first we quote that separately, and it is far cheaper to do before the film goes on than after.
